SOLAR has moved to the Cherwell Self-Service Portal
SOLAR gets a new home on the Cherwell Self-Service portal as of August 15, and team members can expect a better user experience after the move.
Secure Online Automated Routing (SOLAR) requests for access to systems such as Lawson, Cerner, network drives and VPNs, will look a bit different, but they will be easier to navigate after the move to the self-service portal from Pulse.
Pulse is being decommissioned in 2019; this change is one of many being made to online systems and links to redirect team members to secure resources they need to do their jobs.

What will I see when I log in to SOLAR?
New SOLAR: New SOLARs after August 15, 2019 will be submitted through the Cherwell Self-Service Portal and no longer allowed to be created on Pulse.
